Melissa Maulding holds a B.S. and M.S. in dietetics from Eastern Illinois University. She has been a registered dietitian since 2003.  Melissa has worked for Purdue Extension Health and Human Science since 2003. She has served as the EFNEP and SNAP-Ed director since 2011. Some of the things she enjoys most about her job are the ability to make impacts in Indiana public health, specifically concerning access to healthy food and active living as well as coaching and mentoring staff.
