Katie Shoultz joined the University of Kentucky Family & Consumer Sciences Extension team in 2017. Prior to joining, she worked in both the non-profit and private sectors managing communications and marketing initiatives. She currently is involved in the marketing and media efforts of the UK Nutrition Education Program, incorporating both digital and traditional marketing and media efforts.
