Photovoice is a method of community based participatory research (CBPR) and has proved effective in engaging immigrant and refugee youth in community development conversations in a Nebraska community. This session describes how photovoice has led to engagement of immigrant and refugee youth in health equity change work and how it contributes to sustainable CBPR efforts with immigrant and refugee youth and their families to address health disparities.
