Serving the nutrition education needs of low-income families and youth has been both my mission and my passion for over 35 years. I am the lead author of the curriculum, Families Eating Smart and Moving More (FESMM) and a co-author of the Faithful Families curriculum. Both curricula are widely used with FESMM being one of the top three curricula used by EFNEP nationally. As co-investigator on a number of different funded grants, I work with researchers from multiple disciplines connecting the research design to practical applications to expand the outreach of EFNEP and transform communities.
