Regional supervisors in North Carolina EFNEP needed an efficient method of tracking and documenting educators' activities and reporting regional data to the state. As a result, the leadership team developed the Monthly Activity Reporting System (MARS) using Google Sheets. MARS gives supervisors a quick glimpse of program educators' strengths and areas for coaching. In addition to assisting regional supervisors, MARS has become a tool for educators by helping them plan programs and report Extension data at the county level. This poster will show North Carolina's best practices for monitoring program educators' performance, documenting monthly activities and using MARS data for reporting at the county and regional level.
