Nearly a year has passed since the launch of the Spend Smart. Eat Smart mobile app. Many EFNEP staff have shared the app among their colleagues and clients. Would you like additional ideas on how to incorporate the app into your curriculum to truly reap the benefits of what it offers? If you answered yes, this breakout session is for you! Iowa State University created a succinct collection of activities highlighting various elements within the Spend Smart. Eat Smart app and website. The theme-based activities make it easy to incorporate technology into lessons regardless of the curriculum your state currently uses. Featured themes include shopping on a budget, My Plate food groups, and how to save your favorite Spend Smart. Eat Smart recipes. Learn how to include Spend Smart. Eat Smart into your lessons to ensure that your families are seeing the best that it has to offer.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will learn about specific activities that highlight various aspects of Spend Smart. Eat Smart. to fit within their program curriculum.
