Learn about a Cultural Competency training completed in Nebraska and explore replicating it in your own state. This training is a Cultural Food Immersion of visiting local ethnic markets, cooking and tasting culture-specific recipes, and exploring various cultures through cultural liaisons. 

Session Learning Objectives:
•  Describe and discuss a Cultural Food Immersion professional development project to use with (nutrition) educators.
• Apply and determine a plan for tailoring the Cultural Food Immersion training in your own state.
