I have served as the Director for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) at the University of Vermont since 2008. What I enjoy most about my role is helping others to realize the impact that holistic nutrition education through EFNEP has in the lives of individuals and communities.
My background includes a B.S. in Dietetics and an M.S. in Food Systems from the University of Vermont. My passion is for systems thinking with a concentration on identifying leverage points for producing system changes. I hope to continue to support and ultimately design systems that improve access to healthy, sustainable and culturally appropriate foods for all.
